Had a flat tire on I-64 in Indiana after a 5day road trip over July 4th weekend 2024 Driver was tremendously friendly & expedited our service - even had a good talk about being a volunteer fireman! (since my husband was a firefighter also!) We were so thankful that a bad experience turned into a blessing

Hands down the best towing service I’ve ever come across. We were just beginning our week long vacation at the state park when our truck decided to stop shifting. We were halfway stuck in our campsite with very few options. Ohio Valley Towing out of Tell City came through like you wouldn’t believe. This guy John Smith was an amazing driver, he made a few calls and was able to secure me a taxi when my outlook was quite bleak. He made all efforts to get my family a rental car so we didn’t miss our planned Holiday World trip in the early am. I really can’t imagine what would’ve happened if John wasn’t our driver but I’m sure glad he was there to save the day.#notallheroswearcapes Also, the mechanics at the shop knew we had a strict timeline and they didn’t disappoint. They did a great job squeezing the truck in and completing the work. I was expecting a much higher bill, they do honest work at very competitive prices. Look out local competitors, these guys are doing it right.

Called for towing service and had towing service within 40 minutes! Michael was so helpful & knowledgeable. He definitely went above & beyond when dealing with my vehicle. I highly recommend Ohio Valley Towing located in Tell City, IN for all your towing needs. And having Michael as the driver is an added bonus!😀👏

Blew a head gasket while vacationing and John was amazing! Went above and beyond…towed all of us all the way home and was super friendly and kind. Definitely the sunshine of our yuck situation! I’ll be saving this info just in case we ever need anything again!!!

Wrecked my truck, like an idiot last night lol but thank God the only damage was tires & rims! And some bruises and a tad whipped! I got real lucky! But John was my tow driver. (Came to find out, he was the same driver that towed my truck a while back after having bad gas in my tank). Cool dude! He is always riendly, fast, and good sense of humor! Made a tough situation much easier! The insurance company said it would be 2 hrs ... he was there in less than 1! And was respectful to my truck, got it back to the house quickly but safe of course. Overall I will definitely recommend! Yall don't have an easy or safe job so we appreciate you! Be safe out there! Thanks John and Ohio Valley! Good people!

We were almost 4 hours away from home when our van broke down on the interstate. Robbie went out of his way to get a truck that would hold my husband, our two kids and I to tow our van to a hotel. It was late and our kids were a little nervous, but Robbie included them in the towing process and made it so fun for them! Truly a guardian angel sent to us on a stressful night. 10/10 recommend!!
